It turns out that future-minded people are much more likely to make healthy decisions and follow a healthy lifestyle. While those people that live in the moment aren’t as concerned with their overall health.
At least not now. Not if it’s too much effort…
For those of us looking to motivate or help people get in shape, lose weight, or just be healthier we can use this knowledge to encourage people who are present-minded.
All you need to do is stress just how quickly they will see results, or how easy it is. Just like the commercials and advertisements do: 20 minutes a few times a week
