The main reason people join gyms is to get fit.  But after joining most people only go for a few days and then begin to slack off.  It seems that they can’t keep up the motivation that they had when joining.

Well this can all be fixed.

There is a way to get the motivation (and the instructions) you need to get fit fast.

How about someone yelling at you saying “Drop and give me 20!”

If that brings back flashes of an army drill sergeant then you’ve probably guessed one of the quickest ways to get in shape.

That’s right, it’s the idea of a voluntary Boot Camp.  You see it’s not just the intensity of the instructor that speeds up results. It’s the way you spend the hour alternating between cardio and muscle building.

You end up working your whole body in a very short period of time. Also you form a group in the class that keeps you coming back for more.
