It seems that there is some good news for those of us trying to target fat loss around our stomachs. Researches have found that people who combine a low-calorie diet while increasing the amount of vitamin D in their bodies may increase their weight loss.
Vitamin D is also known as the “sunshine vitamin” because your body makes it after spending some time in the sun.
Cloudy weather, or stuck in the office?
No problem, add some fresh mushrooms into your diet. They’re a great source for this possible wonder vitamin.
Even though more research is needed it a promising discovery and yet another reason to pay attention to the vitamins that we put into our body.
