Hello, my name is Julie and I’d like to welcome you to my website.
After years of struggling with my weight I’ve decided to try and help others accomplish their weight loss goals.
When I finished school and first started off on my career path I was a size 6 and very happy with how I looked.
I was a confident and driven woman. High expectations! Look out world
However at some point between then and two kids later my body had more than doubled in size…
Even after losing the weight it’s still unpleasant thought.
Makes me shudder just to think about it.
Looking back now it seems obvious. The sedentarily life of an office worker combined with the overly available and overly consumed fast food took its toll.
One pound at a time I went from a strong confident woman to an overweight unhappy mother.
I’m happy and proud to say that I’ve changed now.
I’ve taken control of my weight again, and got my confidence back. It took some time though, and a lot of learning.
Here on this site I’m going to share some tips as well as spread the news about the current view on weight loss strategies. The world of diet and nutrition changes quickly and I’m hoping to keep up.
